    Where is the Blade Runner trailer? (well, in high definition QuickTime format).

    Hi all.

    One of the first things I noticed as a lack in movie-list.com classics link was the trailer of Blade Runner.

    It is one of my favorite movies of all time, maybe only second in my SciFi list, and I never found the DVD edition here in Venezuela!!!

    Hope some day I will found the high definition version in some place.

    Better if I found it here!

    I think BR is a terrific film. I really want to see whatever publishing or distribution issues the DVD has so that Scott can do that long-rumoured 3 disc set with a final, definitive preferred version of the film.

    Anyone know specific legal reasons why this title is in DVD limbo?

    (Porting from another forum: ) Rumors has it that Jerry Perenchio, the rights holder of Blade Runner, hated the film and had bitter disputes with Scott, he shows no sign of releasing the rights to allow the DVD release of the theatrical cut, or the new director's cut Scott allegedly created for a SE DVD release.

    With all the abuse that movie has taken in the editing room I think its lucky there is a story left. What I like about it most is the many interpretations aspects of the story have, while also telling a cohorent cat-and-mouse tale that is understandable immediately.

    Blade Runner answer 1

    Hi all...

    What happen with this movie and me is this:

    I have seen the movie maybe 2 or 3 times, when I was a teen, maybe 10 or 15 years ago, but in tv. I don't remember the story so well, only superficially.

    I have read in one movie clip from BRmovie.com that recently Ridley Scott have admitted that: Deckard was a replicant...

    Well, what can I say? I like A Clockwork Orange too...
