Anyone have any idea what's up with this movie?

It's October and there still hasn't been even a teaser released for what is rumored to be the non-LOTR movie event of the year. It's got a great cast and director but so far Miramax is doing almost nothing to promote this movie to the general public. Other than the general hype machines (the various media lists of fall movies) I have heard very little.

In fact, the last thing I remember reading is this month-old imdb studio brief http://us.imdb.com/WN?20030903#3 where Kidman says she's worried the film will flop.

Anyone heard a release date for the trailer? Is Harvey Weinstein hiding something? I know it's release is still over 10 weeks away, but every other major studio fall film has released a trailer--most of them have already released two.

Any theories?
