I've been using it for years; strongly recommended.
For movie news also check out moviecitynews.com. This has some great stuff, and its well-organized. The columists are interesting (Dave Polland's Hot Button rocks!). Plus there's the Geek News site, that isn't the most comprehensive, but breaks some stories before the other sites.
Finally, make sure when you visit IMDB you go to their daily Studio Briefing page us.imdb.com/news/sb. Great daily summary that often breaks the latest news. Updated every weekday around 13:00 CST."34 million American adults are obese. Putting together that excess blubber would fill the Grand Canyon two-fifths of the way up. That may not sound impressive, but keep in mind it is a very big canyon."
