Goto User CP, Edit Avatar.
There should be a 'custom avatar' section at the bottom.

(let me know if there isn't one... maybe I forgot to turn them on somewhere)

It certainly has some cool features. Like the ability to see specific pages when using show 'New Posts', the added options in the quick reply, them moving the user info from the left side of the post to the top to save space for text... blah blah blah..

Well, my pics are very small. I have been on 56k connection and still load very quickly.

I'll be bringing back the originals

Also... for those who haven't noticed. The attachments have been renumbered. So those of you who attached, and then displayed an image. It no longer works.
Just get the new link (right click attachment and choose properties), and edit your old one.

i like the new post count feature in each thread, now we can link to any particular post in each thread and not anymore have to guess work which post is it in a certain thread :-)
