hi,
just got this neat korean 2002 action movie on vcd from a friend, but unfotunately it burnt in vcd format with only thai and chinese subs, so pls if anyone has eng. subs for this vcd , pls tell me!! i downloaded eng. subs for this movie from the net, but they are not in sync and also encoded for divx version with 23.976 fps!! vcd is of 29.97 fps!! i have corrected a few first lines of the sub file, see the attachment, so if anyone has sub files for vcd version of this movie, pls tell me!!

Did you try a program like Subtitle Workshop? If the problem is only in the framerate, you can easily change that within.
