Ahhh... I see you doing similar things like I did for my Year 11 Media Studies project - I made a montage of gun firing though.

    More suicide flicks:

Taxi Driver: final shoot-out scene of (After shooting the pimps, Travis tries to blow his head off but he's out of bullet)

The Last Emperor: (near the end, the Japanese ambassador(?) Amakasu blew his head off off-screen when Russia invades Manchuria)

Thelma and Louise : final scene

Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters - a very artisitic presentation of seppuku at the end.

FIGHT CLUB!!!! - if you're exploring the meaning of suicide that movie really goes in depth about the whole wasting away process

come on, is there anyone here who couldn't have predicted that I would've said that?

Hmm, perhaps I should start charging the studio for advertising their movie so much. Either that or I'm a studio plant with nearly 1500 posts, imagine all of them being like me...hehe

You guys should really BUY (click here) FIGHT CLUB and while our at it check out the other great releases (here) coming this summer to your local video store or BUY them HERE ONLINE at the studio website HERE.

The dark comedy "Secretary" from 2002 has quite a bit in there. Also, in the movie "Thirteen" cutting happens quite often.

Doesn't "May" have some of this stuff in it or am I thinking of something else?

First one that I thought of .. in Amélie, her mom runs into trouble when a woman falls from above after jumping to her death from a cathedral (actually happened in real life too).

Not exactly suicide. More like self-multiliation.
