    bebbaboo back among the living...

    Did you guys miss me?

    I had a terrible fall on Aug. 20th from my back porch, and had to have an ambulance ride to the hospital. I crushed the bone below my knee and had to have surgury to reconstruct it. I just got home from the hospital yesterday. I can't put any weight on that leg for 5 more weeks. It's going to be dreadful. I'm in pain all the time, but I know that I am healing, and will be fine eventually.

    I've really missed you guys!

    Hi guys. Much better today. I've been able to catch up on all my hundreds of emails. It's amazing how many you have, when you don't look at it for 2 weeks! I saw the x-ray on Thursday. I have a plate with 10 huge screws holding my leg together. It is really ugly. I won't be able to go thru a metal detector without setting it off!

    You guys be safe out there! This really sucks!
