"Fallen Art" is Tomek Baginski's second short animated film, following his successful short "The Cathedral", nominated for an Oscar in 2003. The idea for "Fallen Art" appeared during the final stages of production of "The Cathedral". Although using the same technique as in the previous film,stylistically it is very different. Baginski tried to create an animated short about military with a touch of dark humor.

Fallen Art recives „Jury Awards” award at Siggraph 2005, the biggest computer animation and visual effects festival, which will take place in Los Angeles!
