New Fall TV Season

So with the new TV season starting up, what shows both returning and new is everyone looking forward to? I can't wait till the 21st when Lost returns. Also the Simpsons season premier this coming Sunday, the 11th.

As far as the new shows that are coming, I'm looking forward to E Ring which is going to be on NBC. The only problem is that it's going up against Lost so I'm going to have to dig out my VCR as I don't have my PVR anymore. Prison Break on Fox has already started and I've watch the first three episodes so far. Seems pretty good but I'm wondering how they are going to stretch this thing out as they have to break out of prison in a month. Seems to have a good mystery as to who killed the VP's brother. I'm also looking forward to seeing Invasion which is coming to ABC and Ghost Whisper starring Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Here's some new fall TV shows that I think are definitely worth checking out. There are loads of paranormal-related shows coming up this season... including Surface, Supernatural, Invasion, and Threshold, which I just love. People want their X-Files fix! CBS has "Ghost Whisperer" which I decided not to add to the list, the buzz surrounding it is just terrible.

Well I won't catch anything that premieres on 9/11 but I'm not too excited about these shows, I was only looking forward to Prison Break which is only decent, not great. Everybody Hates Chris looks funny but knowing UPN it will just turn into another ghetto-humor show. I'm waiting for the new seasons of CSI and House.

Naturally, I intend to continue with Lost. I'll also give the 3 alien shows a shot (Surface, Invasion, Threshold).

But the one I'm looking forward to is Supernatural. I like horror shows

I'm up for watching "My Name Is Earl" because I'm a fan of Jason Lee. I'll continue watching "Smallville" because the producers have basically apologized for a horrible fourth season and we'll get to see Clark in the Fortress of Solitude. "Smallville" HAS to pick up because of Superman Returns. Even though the two are not in direct competition as far as "Smallville" becoming a direct prequel to Returns, the "wow" factor of "Smallville" needs to be amped up. From what I hear, it will be.

I don't follow many TV shows - they don't show most of them here...
Anyway, I'm looking forward to "House" and also I like "Rome" so far (I've seen the first two episodes, gonna watch the third tomorrow).

Everybody Hates Chris looks funny but knowing UPN it will just turn into another ghetto-humor show.

Dunno bout that... it's got GREAT critical buzz surrounding it, and it's TVGuide's favorite pick for the new season. They probably only get the first episode to watch, though, so lets hope it stays as good... and with Chris Rock as one of the writers, I'd say there's a good chance of that.
