Question Is "Star Trek" stuck at Warp ZERO?

Star Trek Nemesis flopped with a $47 million Box Office Gross (U.S.) and did not perform any better overseas; that was 4 years ago.

Star Trek Enterprise TV Show got cancelled after only 4 seasons (I stopped watching it after the 2nd Season; I just didn't like it).

    A 6th Star Trek TV Show Series was in the work at the time and it was cancelled too;

Is the Star Trek franchise dead?

Do you want to see another Star Trek TV Show or Movie?

I would only see a movie if it's with the Borg only and Seven of Nine!!

While I am by no means a "Trekkie" I have always loved the Borg, there's just something about a ruthless military behemoth (cough cough America) taking over all the worlds, hehe.

as a tribute to this great franchise I give you the Trekkies....

Often says: "Actually, Kirk never said Beam-me-up-Scotty", blah blah blah "Conduit" blah blah "Anomally" blah blah "Level 23 Diagnostic" blah blah.

Actually Enterprise was really good. Season 3 was the best of all (which is the case with all the trek series too) and season 4 had some amazing episodes in it too. I just loved the mini-arcs.

Trek needs a good long rest for now. As the main public (US) are becoming alittle too short attention spanned on all shows and Enterprise was a show of that too. Atleast 5-10 years to come bak with a bang!! Get good writers!!!!

I have to say that while The Next Generation was pretty good (I never got into the original gang), my favourite was Deep Space Nine.

I know that I'm probably in the minority on that... but it was awesome. Great story arcs, fascinating characters and some awesome space battles.

I actually like Star Trek: Enterprise. Here, they're showing the third season on TV right now and so far it's very good (episode 8 is tonight).

Still, my favourite Star Trek series is The Next Generation, but I must say I haven't watched a single episode of DS9. Voyager - I didn't really like it.

Deep Space Nine was my favorite Star Trek series also. I just liked the characters and stories in that one.

I missed most of the last season, but from what I saw, the Dominion War was awesome. I love giant space battles, and the show didn't disappoint.

I still think the best series is the original. Oh, sure, the special effects were ultra cheesy, but I love the character mix that the original offered which was never matched by any of the other series.

Personally, I would love to see another Star Trek movie and/or series. Not sure I like the premise of following a younger Kirk and Spock, though.

What I hated about Nemesis was it was basically a TNG rewrite of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Kahn, with a few elements from Star Trek V and Star Trek VI thrown in for good measure.
