    Question How they do that?

Check out the pictures on this page:

    http://www.archibase.net/archinews/7740.html

In the first picture, see those red and white construction cranes?

How did they get them up?

Did they use another crane and if so, where's that other crane?

Or do they assemble it flat on the ground first and then pull it up but with what?

I can never figure it out; it boggles my mind!!

yes, there's a road there, so they probably do.
they transport all the parts of the crane (red and white crane) to this place and build it together from bottom to top via mobile crane and cable winch.

they do assemble some parts of the crane on the ground, but not the whole thing (that would be a pretty stupid idea).

    Highest Viaduct Ever

Where is this bridge located? In Russia?

It looks fantastic. In Madeira there are some bridges in construction (or maybe are terminated) that looks similar to this one.

    Really fantastic.

That is the Millau viaduct in France, the tallest vehicular bridge in the world.
It is 2460 m long, that's more than 8000 ft.

    here's another pic:

It sure is nice but I still like my little baby better...
