Tell me the Ending from "The Descent" U.S. Version (spoilers included)

the movie comes out tomorrow in the u.s. and it has a different ending. so if someone is going to watch the film, please tell me the ending (use spoiler tags).

Great! I've seen the U.K. version on a Region 2 DVD my British friend sent me... now I got to go pay just to find out how it ends in the U.S. version?

if they just wanted to make it "happier" like the director said, they can just cut out the very last scene

but that would not only ruin the ending it will not give the audience something to think about and talk about!!

Wimpy U.S. Test Screening Audience probably didn't like the original ending or were confused by it!!

I've heard of this US ending and it doesn't do the movie any good.

My friend saw it last night and he says the U.S. version ended with Sarah back in the SUV and then turning around to see Juno who she left behind in the cave to fight the Crawlers alone.

That's it.

No Cave Scene with her daughter and a birthday cake that was shown in the U.K. version.

According to the U.S. Distributor, they felt that this is a more upbeat and happier ending than the U.K. ending!!

How can someone seeing a person who is supposed to be dead and then screaming be a happy ending for a movie?

At least the U.K. version had an ending that was less scary and it gave you something to think about.

That's kind of weird. Leaving Juno was kind of a major point in the movie. It's kind of like having Jack Sparrow pop out at the end of Dead Man's Chest instead of Bararossa.
