I'm not sure, it depends what this is based on. If it goes by phone book then I'm not in it. If it's based on Social Security numbers then yes.

The strange thing about the US is that there isn't really a country-wide listing of people. It's all administered by each state, usually the Department of Motor Vehicles for each.

I think there's something like 2500 people (based on the 1990 US Census) with my last name in the US, I personally know about 40 of them and none of them have my first name.

Like Jake, there are two people in the U.S. with my name. I found the other one through Google one time... he races dirt bikes in California, or he used to, any way.
