    Smile Transformers Extended Cut Coming September 21st !!

    Longer, Uncut and on IMAX only!!

    Oh Boy, Megan on IMAX?

    I got to see it again!!



    ‘Transformers’ to battle it out in IMAX
    ComingSoon.net reports that the mega-successful (over $633 million at the box office and counting) Spielberg production of “Transformers” will be getting a second life at theaters this autumn as DreamWorks/Paramount amps things up one more notch.

    As if the outsize Autobots and Decipticons weren’t already larger-than-life on the normal theatrical screen, the big ‘bots will be coming to an IMAX screen to duke it out on September 21.

    If you don’t think that’s cool enough in itself, perhaps the appeal of new footage will draw you in. No word yet on what director Michael Bay is cutting in to the film

    i liked the movie ... but i can wait to see the extra footage on DVD. spending another $20 on 10minutes doesn't seem worth it to me, even if it is IMAX...

    well it definitelly is worth MY time. GOTTA see it!! I cant wait for the DVD either (since its gonna be on HD-DVD, I can byu BD ), but IMAX is IMAX....

    well we have imax cinema, but not many movies are there. except all those documents there was only new batman, potter and maybe few more. i sure hope they´ll have transformers!!!

    I contacted Michael to verify if the IMAX release of Transformers will include additional footage not seen in the first theatrical release, and he has confirmed that there will be about 2 extra minutes
    ...hm. Thats not much. I was hoping for 5-10....
