    I think this will be a fun movie to watch, nice stylised action with a gorgious jolie, it's based on a pretty good comic book or "graphical novel", directed by russian nochnoi-dozor director Timur Bekmambetov. I think those are pretty good arguments for it to be a nice action movie. At least it doesn't looks like vin diesels XXX stupid.

    ok, the trailer's KICK-***, but it pisses me off that an English version of this has yet to surface. i don't speak Russian, so i can understand what the hell Lara Croft or Lucius Fox are SAYING, let alone the text! catch my drift?

    Just to clarify, the Red Band trailer available from Apple (see Apple Trailers thread) is not the domestic version of the Russian trailer. Rather it's a red band version of trailer #5(domestic trailer #3).

    Considering the film's directed by the Russian director of Night Watch, I won't be surprised if the Russian trailer is exclusive in... Russian only.

    The red band trailer is far better than the other domestic trailers - finally, you start to get a real feel for this movie with stuff like that keyboard shot (awesome in the Russian trailer; glad it made into the US red band!) and the scene with the insulting ATM.

    And hearing Morgan Freeman curse in a trailer may be the coolest thing I've heard all year. I'm really hyped for this movie now!
