    Also of note - there are mounting rumors that SAG members may mostly boycott the Oscars to show support for the Writer's Guild Strike. If this is the case, then this award show might actually be interesting this year.

    I've heard this rumor about Golden Globes, not Oscars, but I think, both shows will be interesting this year. :-)
