    Trailers

I was thinking, how come when Movie-List s updated, all tht is on the page is a link to the apple site.

This is kinda annoing if you want to download the trailer and don't know how t find the sourse from apple, and fishing through Kn'Thraks direct links can be a bother.

All the direct links are printed by Kn'Thrak, why arn't they used on the actual site? It would make things much easier.

We could do that, but they are keeping an eye on the forum too, and already aren't very happy with it.

Maybe the Apple guys should stop being jerks about it and for each trailer post a download link, for people to save the preview on their computers. They're downloading it and taking bandwidth from them anyways, so what harm could people saving it do... if anything it will increase their marketing if those savers show it to their friends and family, which they would be more likely to do since they wouldn't have to re-download it. Take a look at the big picture, Apple geeks.

    1.)
On each of Movie-List page, add a link to the thread in the forums that have the direct link. I have said this before but since its been brought up again... its worth a try. Apple can't stop forum posts.

    2.)
What Apple should do is like they do with the LotR trailers. Make them downloadable. Seriously... whats the problem? If ppl would download them, they could host them. Saving alot of trouble for Apple to handle 100% of the traffic.

Why are you all wasting time posting your thoughts about this in this forum. If you want Apple to get the message here: trailers@mac.com

    Send them a freakin' e-mail

It's not apple that dosen't allow saving.. it's the studios.
    I've said this before.

They WANT to allow saving. The studios are the ones who make the rules. If they say no to saving, apple has no choice.
