Out of the select few, I chose:
    Blade
    X-men Trailers 1 & 2
    Spider-man Trailers 1 & 2

Blade : This trailer really got to me. I was never a big fan of Blade (can't recall ever reading any of the comics), but this trailer had me hooked. The look, style, and feel of the trailer SCREAMED Superhero. It was just enough flash and flare to get my attention, and lucky for us, a good trailer led us into a good movie. :big grin:

X-men Trailers 1 & 2 : After the long wait on X-men, and that teaser that really got us fans foaming at the mouth, 20th Century Fox delights us with two awesome trailers. The first trailer was the perfect release...giving both fans & non-fans something to look at. Fans knew right away what the movie being advertised was, but I liked the way they handled it for non-fans. Showing the names of the characters...giving a hint as to who the heroes/villians are, and then taking us on a wild ride with that awesome Dark City score!

The second trailer capitilzes on that, since we already know who the characters are, It's basically Trailer 2.5, showing us more action scenes and having us wet our pants!

Spider-man Trailers 1 & 2 : Almost same as X-men trailers. The first sets the tone for both fans/non-fans. We get some cool lookin' scenes, and people that had doubts about Raimi or Maguire, or anything, calmed down after watching the first trailer.

The second was just what it sould've been. Some kick-ass, rockin' trailer with fast pacing and cool scenes. That's exactly what DareDevil's marketing should've had. A nice, slower paced trailer, which regular audiences could understand. Here's to hoping that the next DD trailer is actually comprehesible!

    What do you guys think?

Hey ZUBi...nothing against The Hulk Teaser (I Love it myself)...it's just that I didn't want to put it up against all these full-length trailers...because nobody would pick it.....well....I guess except us!

Soon...we'll have a MEGA poll! Which Superhero (from 1970's -- Today), had the best marketing run of all time!

Where is the "None of the above" option when you need one?

Call me old-fashioned but my favourite superhero trailer is "Batman Forever", the 4 minute version.

Understandable editman! I wanted to do a poll on recent Superhero Trailers (which is why Blade is the oldest film on the list).

Later on...we'll have all Superhero's duking it out for top marketing spot!

Spider-Man did win Trailer Survivor so it is clearly the best trailer for recent times.

I like the second SPider-man trailer over the first one. Maybe it was the music, but it seemed like it showed more action.

I also picked X-men 2 Comic-con footage, since it is the only real glimpse we have had of Xmen 2. I didn't give away anything, but it showed me enough to make me start drooling.

BTW, when will there be another Trailer Survivor?? Survivor on TV is currently in its 5th season here in the States!!
