We tried it once, but nobody was ever in it...
I'll look into it now that we have a larger user base.

how about having a non forum poll on the main page? Visitors and regular can vote on whats best?

mIRC works well if ppl stay there while online, that way theses always ppl there and often ppl talking. Thats how it works in my Counter-Strike mIRC channel.

but what are we gonna talk about? we are already talking so much in the forums... almost like chat when we respond so much

won`t that chat remove or get attention of the forums ?

IMO it`s not needed.. the forums are enough..

chatrooms we will talk about anything. Its kind of heat of the moment chatting. Forum is more topic related!!

Like for example.. u could talk about how was the party last nite someone had? Or ANYTHING.

yea but in how many random mIRC rooms will I donf kan'th, Zubi, radstar, tisoy, jp, jedi and so on? If I wanna chat with some unknow person then yes. Otherwise a movie list chat would be good and fun

I think there are still gonna be threads because unlike those posted in the chat rooms, the messages posted on a forum, stay on the website so that everyone can read it and reply even 2 or 3 weeks after it was posted. In chat rooms, if you are not there to see a message, you may never see it. I think the chat room is a good idea but I hope ppl are not gonna post news or trailer links there.
