    The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)

Columbia Pictures Rebooting of the Popular Spider-Man
    Film Franchise.

    Synopsis unknown as of yet.
    Director:
    Marc Webb
    Writers:
    James Vanderbilt screenplay
    Steve Ditko (characters),
    Stan Lee (characters)

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0948470/

Complete with the First image of Andrew Garfield as The Amazing Spider-Man

Personally from what I can see in that picture it looks pretty good. I have no complaints but I wonder what the mask looking like.

is Mary Jane even in this?

I don't see her listed in the credit except for a Mary Parker whose actress' photo looks doesn't look anything like how Mary Jane should look like!!

Word is that MJ is not in this but rather Gwen Stacy is.

A look at the alleged female lead shortlist

The Spider-Man reboot is looking for its female lead and Heat Vision claims to have the shortlist of actresses who have met for the part.

The articles also states that the character of Mary Jane Watson will not be the film's love interest, leading to speculation that the storyline will add either Gwen Stacy, Felicia Hardy (the Black Cat), another of Peter Parker's past loves or may feature an all-new character created especially for the film.

    I agree!

What are they going to reboot next?

    Lord of the Rings Trilogy?

    Transformers Trilogy?

I'd say Harry Potter will probably be next.

as for why reboot Spider-Man? I was told this newer version will fit in with the
continuity that is being set up with Iron Man, Hulk, Thor ect...
this will be part of the Bigger Universe Furry told Stark about at the end of
    the first Iron Man

I could see that as in the comics Spidey was a part of the Avengers. Yet I would prefer if Toby was still the web slinger compared to this kid.

I can imagine next should be Wolverine.

Two of them are not posters. They are wallpapers.

Plus I kinda already knew about the posters being fake. I was just posting them to help show what the suit looks like this time around.

Originally I had this posted in the trailer news forum because of the trailer but it got moved here evidently because it was just a bootleg and not official trailer I guess.
