Lord of the Rings: Return of the King... Though recently I did think Inglourious Basterds was one of the most overrated films I have seen.

I never cared for the following:
    Forrest Gump
Annie Hall (I don't like Woody Allen movies at all!!!)
    American Beauty

I also agree with Shakespeare in Love. It's not a bad movie, but the best????

well, I thought the OP meant any movie that was nominated for an Oscar, not necessarily inBest Picture category, since he used Inglorious as an example

    I forgot Out Of Africa

my College girlfriend drag me to see it

why is it that we let women drag us to see boring movies like Out of Africa, Driving Miss Daisy, The Color Purple, Steel Magnolias, Fried Green Tomatoes, The English Patient, Terms of Endearment, etc etc?

Those are all movies I seen with a girlfriend or a woman I was dating!

But if you try to take them to an action movie with violence, blood, gore, explosions, profane language, T & A, etc etc - 3/4 of the time they refuse to go!!
