cinema is still the BEST way, then DVD (with proper home theatre setup, and even better than cinema sometimes) then DIVX

Voted for DVD myself! These days I go to the theatre for the flics I just can't wait to see (eg. this past week - Reloaded :-)) but otherwise wait for the DVD to come out and watch on home theatre .. I find that it's a superior experience to the movie theatre!

I love going to cinema, and I go as often as I can, but since I bought my PC I watch them mostly in DivX format.

I'm a mix of TV and downloaded movies. But they're not all DivX format, so I don't know what to choose.
If you can stay calm, while all around you is chaos...then you probably haven't completely understood the seriousness of the situation.

Back in the days when editman's young and poor, (now I'm old and poor ) I watched a lot of movies on free TV.

I started paying visits to my local cinemas often once I was in high school, and still do.

When DVD's out cinemas and DVDs became my two dominant sources of movies. I seldom watch TV now and I mean reeeeally seldom - I practically don't watch movies on tele these days.

I don't do DivX or VHS - I loathe their craptacular quality. If a movies' not worth watching in cinemas or DVDs I simply don't watch it.

    i vote for DVD

cinema: i go there to see almost every movie i wanna see. great and big screen w/ cool sounds. rocking seats. vibrating floors/seats. it's awesome

DVD: i collect them! i just buy movies that i like or love on DVDs. i vote for them better cuz of *subtitles* i understand the movies better and i know what's going on more. and i can pick out a movie that i have what i'm in the mood for.

    DivX: nope

VHS: old technology but still useful. i still have a VCR and tons TONS of vhs movies. i have about twenty to thirty of the same VHS movies on DVD.

TV: only for freakin tv shows... sometimes when there's nothing on... okay then i'll watch the movies. but USUALLY- i put on a DVD...

other: I still use my Laser Disc player frequently. i love it.

DVDs rock!!!!!! deleted scenes..... commentary (crap)..... bloopers..... games..... bunch of other extra stuff. what else have that besides DVDs?

Theater is the best imo but I mostly get DVD.
VHS...not anymore. Used to be. But now I have a DVD player

TV - they edit out too much. I like to watch movies how they were made: Without commercial inbetween and without parts ripped out.

DivX - I actually have only one movie in DivX. I think....somewhere....maybe. Quality and bandwidth are main concerns of mine.
