Unfortunately, the director Jonathan Liebesman doesn't have a good track record of movies. So that doesn't bode well for this movie. But you never know...he might just make something good for once.

    Another one?

I never seen any of those that came out in the 90's.

    Was it the 90's?

    Or 2000's?

Bay is good with massive and total annihilation of cities and worlds, but Ninja Turtles???????
The trailer did not give much story wise, leaving aside the mandatory "Bay" blowing $hit up parts, the only saving grace was "Fox" had no dialogue, so that's a bonus.
Who knows, this might actually turn out good.

This has to be one of the oddest trailers I've seen. It was like Transformers but instead of robots, it was turtles. Very poorly animated turtles... Given the director's track record, I may end up skipping this one.

I'm giving it a chance, after all it's a rough cut totaling 90 seconds or so, I just don't think the Ninja FanBoys are going to swallow this, "Shredder" in business attire.

I think my problem is the way they look. They don't look like they're there, on the set with the actors. They look like fake glossy CG. Hopefully it looks a little more natural when the film hits theaters, but I'm not holding my breath.

My formative years is filled with many viewings of the original TMNT and TMNT 2: Secret of the Ooze. Up yours, Bay.

I grew up with those also (I believe I was around 5) and watched the cartoons (I still have the action figures too). But I look at this like a separate entity. One I personally have no desire to see at this point, but just a different/updated take on it.

I'm really confused by this trailer. It's hard to tell whether I'm scared of them or like them.

I think it's cool to see William Fichtner be the Shredder. The trailer started out real nice with him talking. I think he'll make a fine Shredder.

They are freaky. I think the joke at the end "don't be afraid; it's just a mask" really paid off, haha.

I didn't play the trailer or look at the IMDB page or even glanced at the cast list when I posted my reply on 3/27 in post #4.

I just came here now to read the comments because the thread was on the top of the trailer board.

Michael Bay produced this and Megan Fox is in this?

That is all I need to know to make me run to the movie theater!

And y'all claim I don't appreciate good movies.
