The Italian Job (Trailer)
Check dis
Last thurdsday the trailer for the upcoming Italian Job remake was posted over @ comingsoon
http://progressive.stream.aol.com/ao...ob_trlr_dl.mov
Interestingly enuff, the file was pulled after some hours. I was able to snatch the file in time and since then it rests on my HD. NEbody got some webspace to host it? It's a nice trailer with 5.4meg in size. And yes ... it's in quicktime format.

Plot Summary for Italian Job, The (2003)
A gang of robbers, lead by career criminal Charlie Croker, create the largest traffic jam in Los Angeles history, giving them time to pull off a theft of gold bullion. They get away in their Mini Coopers, which are small enough to drive on sidewalks so they can make a clean get away before the traffic jam clears.

Oooo, looks better then I thought it would be...but you can definetely tell that Ed Norton really hates being in that movie. I can't blame him...

Oh man, that movie looks like it has everything. Minis, choopers, explosions, car chases, Ed Norton(he may have hated it but he's still good), boat chases... This should be a lot of fun.
Are you a Mexi-CAN or a Mexi-CAN'T?

Meh...
Typical Hollywood remake. The original is a classic that shouldn't be tarnished, and while I was looking forward to a very similar remake that was going to be around just so that they could use the new cast again in the sequel that should've happened after The Italien Job's ending. Sadly this doesn't look like it will be faithfull in tone to the original. Seriously who can see Mark Walburg saying "Yur only s'posed ta blaw the bladdy doors off."

Thanks to Mischa for the 'heads up' and to ZUBi for hosting!
"It used to be said that we are what we eat... And then people maybe... a little more fashion conscious would say... 'No, you are what you wear'... Or you are what you read... But we would say in this millenium... You are what you watch..." Peter Gabriel - Growing Up

Nu trailer
Still not convinced ... the trailer is too long and gives way too much away. And I just remembered how much I hate Marky Mark ... he's such a lousy actor. He ruined PotA.
