It is very unusual for "ANYTHING" to occur during the filming of a love scene. In the business most are body Doubles 99% of the time. The sets are closed to any traffic. The scene above with Michael Douglas was done with blue screen; I know this as first hand fact. The industry is very "professional" in the approach to actors if anything happens it happens off the set, preferably off the studios lot.

As for the best love scene on film, from a cinematographers point of view, Witness (1985) Harrison Ford, Kelly McGillis.

You just had to kill it for us, didn't you!? Whatever, you believe your eyes, and I'll still believe that Heather Graham in Killing Me Softly wasn't faking it! hehe, ignorance is bliss! :-)
