Think of it like this. The Matrix is a smarter than average actio blockbuster but it's still all philosophy 101. It's the film that tells you 1+1=2.


The Matrix Reloaded is the film to explain that philosophy to you. Meaning that it not only tells you that 1+1=2 but then spends half an hour explaing why 1+1=2.

Thats how one poster at another board put it and I find it's the best way to describe it.

Like I really needed the french guy to spend so long explaining causality to me.
