Which is your favorite Friday Jason movie? Althought he character of JAson is probably my favorite killer of all time I really didn't like the first movie, I'm wondering did they make that anticipating going itno 10 movies? How do you feel about the movies?

I watched all so far, but IMO just first 2 are horror cult classics, others so so...

First one didn't feature Jason and it was crap. Sub standard rip off of Halloween that was already a rip off of Black Christmas. Mrs. Vorhee's was a dumb cow. 0 stars

The sequels were largely fun in that clechaed slasher way, with Jasopn being just as good a villain/hero as Michael Myers but that was all-1.5-2 stars each-uintill Jason X. That was at least fun, big loud dumb fun. Like the original played off the popularity of Haloween but made it gorier, Jason X played off of the popularity of Scream but making a gorier ironic teen slasher. It was by far the best of the series and Uber robot Jason was just cool. 3 stars

My first name just happens to be Jason, so stay away from me on Friday the 13th.

Otherwise, I never really got into the whole slasher film craze, so I can't say I like any of the movies.

i was so disapointed with Jason X, they were just making fun of the whole series, making him wake up exactly when those people were have sex, it was just pathetic

my guess is that Jasons next movie will be a full on cheezy hardcore porno

all the ones before Jason X were cool, Jason X blows

haven't seen any of them. i've seen the ending of the first so i voted for that. hehe

but i am planning on seeing Freddy vs. Jason.... and it's not cuz i wanna see it. my boyfriend begged me so i'll at least have someone to hold onto and possibly rip his arm off!

Freddy vs Jason better be good

Erm, but that was what made Jason X so much better. The previous films were EXACTLY the same films, and times have changed. They want 13 films but after 9 they stopped making them. Why, because of the sheer popularity of watching a film you've already seen 9 times?
Jason X made fun of the formula because it's more fun that playing the formula seriously. Do people honestly want 13 films of the same scenes with no changes at all?
Oh, and Freddy VS Jason is going to be a comedy too. Please tell me your not expecting a "Serious" and believe me I use the term loosely when talking about the Friday 13th franchise, horror movie?
