LONDON (Reuters) - Leading British film producer Simon Beaufoy, who wrote the smash hit "The Full Monty," is set to break new boundaries with the world's first Internet film premiere.

The screening late on Friday of "This Is Not a Love Song" was described by the UK Film Council as "globally groundbreaking" and the "first-ever e-premiere in the world."

Beaufoy, 36, whose Oscar-nominated "Full Monty" smashed box-office records and added a new phrase for nudity to the English language, had the low-budget film shot in less than two weeks.

The new digital technique was also used for the highly successful "28 Days Later," a gritty British horror movie about post-apocalyptic survival that has been a huge hit in the United States and has grossed over $65 million worldwide.

"This Is Not a Love Song" tells the tale of two bad boys on the run from vigilante farmers and has been favorably compared with hit thrillers "Blair Witch Project" and "Deliverance."

The film will be available on the Web Site www.thisisnotalovesong.com at 1 p.m. EDT.
