Another Christopher Headed to Gotham City?
...
“The film's primary bad guy will remain R'as al Ghul, the immortal whose vision of a world without chaos reaches through centuries of time. But the idea is to introduce the Scarecrow early in the film to show audiences that this Batman movie is different than its predecessors; namely, that it's darker and scarier, and that the rogues that Batman face in Nolan's vision of Gotham City are far more dangerous than the ones seen in Joel Schumacher's Batman movies.”

I like the idea it will be darker and I'm not sure about the whole going to London bit.

It's sounds like we are finally going to have another good Batman movie after those two messes that we got from Schumacher. The article also goes on to say that Christopher Eccleston is the front runner to play Scarecrow, who I think would be an excellent choice. I just wonder who's going to be cast as R'as al Ghul, who without a doubt my favourite villain behind the Joker.
You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you can't be sure. But it doesn't matter - because we'll be together.

Joining the racks of the cast is Michael Caine to play the role of Alfred. Now the film is starting shooting 2004 with a 2005 release. Info comes from MovieHole.
