I remember one time when I was in college, I was working at a pizza place and a flourescent light needed changed. We had two people who were in college, two seniors in high school, and one junior in high school working that night, and none of us could figure out how to get the fixture open so that we could get to the lightbulb. I finally ripped the cover off the fixture, forced the bulbs through an area too small for the bulb, and then force the new bulb back in, and then force the cover back on (cracking the cover in the process).
We joked about how many college students it took to change a lightbulb.
The next day, my boss showed me two small clips that needed to be opened for the whole cover to freely swing open, leaving plenty of room for the lightbulb to be removed and replaced. I felt really foolish. Fortunately, she didn't charge me for the cracked cover.
